Kairindo, a trading company based in Fukagawa (Tokyo), specialises in sake and Japanese food products, with a mission to promote local culture by offering high-quality artisanal sakes from across Japan, while developing and distributing original creations through its own unit, Fukagawa LIQRULABO. Founded in late 2023, this liqueur laboratory, led by an all-female team, designs and produces the "8th Ocean" range, characterised by the combination of distinctive ingredients such as cumin and hojicha — a creative approach recognised with a gold medal and a Coup de Cœur at the Concours Mondial des Wines Fémininalise.
