Its nutrient-rich volcanic soil is ideal for growing quality pepper.\u003cbr\u003eOur grower has developed a pepper plantation using traditional methods that respect people and the environment, without any chemicals, pesticides or fungicides.\u003cbr\u003eThe farm is devoted exclusively to organic farming.\u003cbr\u003eThe peppercorns are harvested entirely by hand at specific stages of ripeness, depending on the type of pepper desired.\u003cbr\u003eThe peppercorns are dried in the shade to preserve their vegetal character and essential oils.
